We’ve all been there.  Struggling with the relationship with yourself or someone else is a part of life. We are called Soul Journey because we recognize that healing these relationships is the core journey that we are all on. 

When we work together, whether it is individually or as a couple, we spend time looking at how you treat yourself. We work on skills to help you learn to cope with overwhelming feelings and anxiety.  And we use EMDR to help you heal your relationship with the past including traumas and past relationships that continue to impact you today.

  1. Call or fill out our contact form to schedule a free 15-minute consultation

  2. Consultation- During your consultation, we will learn more about you, We will also tell you more about us. This way we can both confirm that we are a good fit for you. If you aren’t a good fit no worries we will help connect you with people who can help. If you are a good fit we will schedule your first appointment.

  3. Fill out your paperwork- Before your appointment, we will send you paperwork to fill out (do you do this online or in person)

  4. Have your first session- Whether you meet with your therapist in person or over telehealth this is a time specifically set aside for you.
